Operation And Maintenance of Sites

The Scope of Service includes service, supervision, routine checks, routine repairs, preventive maintenance, break down maintenance and repairs of all Passive Infrastructure Equipment at Site, ensure uninterrupted power either from utility provider (EB) or from back up DG set, safety and security of all equipment in sites, ensure environmental condition specified, liasioning with various governmental and statutory agencies, ensure more than 99.99 % uptime per site of all infrastructure Equipment maintained in a monthly basis
